About Scott Blessing Founder Executive & Leadership Coach, Speaker Background Scott Blessing, Founder of Inspired Leadership Now, is on a mission to help people create the meaning and joy in their lives by becoming courageous, inspired leaders.

Scott Blessing understands first hand the pressures, relationship challenges and isolation that leaders face. With over 20 years of experience as an executive, and a history of success as CEO for three companies, his roles have spanned from line management to CEO, entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and extensive executive management experience in both privately-held and Forbes 500 public companies. He is uniquely qualified to support leaders and teams in taking themselves to the next level because of his own experiences implementing organizational change initiatives, building national profile brands, while creating strong coalitions and collaborative teams in the process.

This allowed Scott to observe first hand that many leaders feel empty, drained and unfulfilled, despite their success.
